The Associated Press (AP) has ordered all journalists to stop using the word “crisis” to describe the situation at America’s southern border because fake “president” Joe Biden and Jen Psaki, his press secretary, do not like the term and the way it negatively reflects on the regime.
AP Vice President and Editor-at-Large for Standards John Daniszewski claims that there is no crisis at the border to begin with, which is why he is now advising all mainstream media reporters to pretend as though everything is just fine in Biden’s America.
“The current events in the news – a sharp increase in the arrival of unaccompanied minors – is a problem for border officials, a political challenge for Biden and a dire situation for many migrants who make the journey, but it does not fit the classic dictionary definition of a crisis,” a memo circulated by Daniszewski claims.
Needless to say, Beijing Biden and his people refuse to use the word crisis when talking about the thousands of illegal aliens who are pouring across America’s border. Many of them are being trafficked and held in cages under Biden’s watch, it is important to note.
As to be expected, the AP is blaming President Donald Trump for the current situation, which between Nov. 8, 2016, and Jan. 20, 2021 was widely referred to as a “crisis” by the media. However, now that Hunter’s dad is occupying the White House, this “crisis” is no longer a “crisis,” unless it can still be blamed on Trump.
According to the AP, the rise in “unaccompanied minors” flooding America’s southern border “follows a monthly increase in border crossings each month since April, or the last eight months of the Trump presidency.”
In other words, there is no “crisis” and everything is just fine, except that there is a “crisis” and it is all Trump’s fault. This is the official position of the AP, which steers news media headlines and content for much of the “civilized” world.
“The current level of crossings in 2021 is roughly equivalent to the last upturn that occurred in mid-2019,” the AP alleges.
Now that Dementia Joe is America’s figurehead, the AP is using neutral language while claiming that anything that appears out of the ordinary concerning the border rush “is a product of regular season fluctuation.”
The AP says that the word “crisis” can, in some circumstances, be used to describe Biden’s border debacle. The caveat is that doing so will require a disclaimer, of sorts, relinquishing Trippy Joe of all responsibility.
“If using the word ‘crisis,’ we need to ask of what and to whom,” the AP memo reads “There could be a humanitarian crisis if the numbers grow so large that officials cannot house the migrants safely or in sanitary conditions.”
“Migrants may face humanitarian crises in their home countries. In theory, there could be a security or a border crisis if officials lose control of the border, allowing people to enter unencumbered in large numbers. But, in general, avoid hyperbole in calling anything a crisis or an emergency.”
One example that the AP proposes is suggesting that the border crisis is posing a “challenge” for Biden. Instead of blaming Biden, the AP says journalists should paint Biden as the victim of a migrant onslaught, to which he is responding by doing everything possible to remedy it.
Again, the AP had a completely different set of rules during the Trump administration. The AP routinely used the phrase “humanitarian crisis” to describe the southern border situation back then, but now under Biden it is “hyperbole” to use such language.
